Michael Damico has a BA and MA from California Institute of the Arts. At Cal Arts he directed several short films. He has worked on both Hollywood and Bollywood productions in many roles. A lifelong theatergoer from Chicago, Damico’s work merges an advanced technical expertise with an indexical knowledge of film history in a way that speaks to audiences looking for something new and fresh from the theatrical experience. Damico’s directing style evokes natural and thoughtful performances, and The Blue Comet Company is thrilled to be collaborating with this emerging directorial talent. The Blue Comet Company shares his vision of a theater experience that is conscious of the needs and expectations of a new generation of theatergoers.
